Pastoral and Faith Formation is the department that keeps the Diocese visibly rooted in evangelization, worship, catechesis, formation, parish life, and the daily accompaniment of the faithful. It brings together pastoral coordination, catechetical formation, sacramental life, youth accompaniment, vocation awareness, family support, liturgical communication, and deanery collaboration.
Mandate
Support parishes, clergy, religious, catechists, lay leaders, youth, families, schools, and institutions with coherent pastoral planning and Catholic formation. The department helps the Diocese present worship, teaching, sacramental guidance, parish records, formation resources, and pastoral priorities clearly and responsibly.
